How payment works (read this once)​

Gift cards are not paid from the USD balance on your Main dashboard. You always pay through the crypto checkout: choose a coin and network, place the order, then send the exact amount to the address shown (and memo if the screen shows one) before the timer runs out.

The Top up on Main is for your general SORN balance used by other products — it does not replace this checkout.

Step by step​

  1. Browse the catalog — open a brand you want.
  2. On the product page, check country / region, denomination, and any delivery notes. Wrong region = code that won’t redeem.
  3. Enter amount (or pick a fixed value), your email (where the code should go), and Pay with → pick crypto from the searchable list.
  4. Submit. You’ll see order id, amount to pay, address, timer, and status.
  5. After the blockchain confirms, the order updates — codes or links appear when ready.
  6. Use My gift orders anytime for history or support references.

After you receive a code​

  • Redeem only on the brand’s official redemption site.
  • Don’t post full codes in Telegram or public tickets — support can ask for order id instead.

Tips​

  • If a code doesn’t work, check region lock and currency first — most issues are wrong storefront or wrong account region.
