AnoRamp — Step-by-step user guide

This guide walks you through getting started, Crypto → Cash, Cash → Crypto, and managing your trades on AnoRamp.

1. Open AnoRamp and create an account​

  • Web: ramp.anoncult.com
  • Telegram: t.me/anoramp_bot — open the bot and launch the miniapp; if you register from Telegram, your account can be linked automatically.

On the start screen you can Login or Register.

2. Register and verify email​

  1. Choose Register, enter your email and password (at least 8 characters), confirm the password.
  2. Tap Create Account. You’ll be asked to verify your email.
  3. Open your email and click the verification link. If you don’t see it, check spam.
  4. After verification, you’re logged in and taken to the Dashboard. There is no separate “payment gate” — you can start trading after email verification.

3. Dashboard overview​

From the Dashboard you have:

  • Crypto → Cash — Exchange USDT (Solana) for EUR cash at a Packstation.
  • Cash → Crypto — Exchange EUR cash for USDT to your wallet (Solana, TRC20, BEP20, ERC20).
  • Your fees & tier — Your current fee %, tier, and trading volume. Optional: enter a verification code from verify.anoncult.com to get lower fees (get the code there, then enter it in the Dashboard).
  • Your Trades — List of all exchanges; tap one to open its details.
  • Link Telegram — Optional; link your Telegram for updates.
  • Support — Opens AnoSupport_bot.
  • How to — In-app guide (fees, steps, important notes).
  • Terms — Terms of Service.

4. Crypto → Cash (USDT → EUR at Packstation)​

4.1 Create the exchange​

  1. On the Dashboard, tap Crypto → Cash (or Krypto zu Bargeld).
  2. Enter the USDT amount you want to exchange. The app shows min and max (e.g. 55–1500 USDT; limits may vary). Only USDT on Solana is accepted for this flow.
  3. The app shows Current rate, Service fee (%), Shipping fee (if any), and You receive (EUR). If you don’t have USDT on Solana, use AnoBridge (Telegram) or swap.anoncult.com (web) to bridge first.
  4. Tap Confirm Exchange. You’re taken to the Exchange details page for this trade.

4.2 Order status and what to do​

  • Pending — Wait for the operator to confirm the deal. You’ll get an email when it’s confirmed.
  • Confirmed → Awaiting USDT — The Escrow wallet (Solana) is shown. Send exactly the USDT amount to this address on Solana only. Then add your Packstation (see below) and submit your transaction link (Solscan link or transaction signature).
  • Packstation — In the same exchange details page, fill in Packstation number, PLZ (postal code), and City, then tap Update Packstation. You can do this as soon as the exchange is confirmed; you must have it saved before submitting the transaction link. Use Find a Packstation if you need to locate one.
  • Submit transaction — In the “Submit Transaction” section, paste the Solscan link or signature of the transfer to the escrow wallet, then tap Submit. The system verifies it (or flags it for manual review). If you see “Transaction verified”, your trade moves to Processing.
  • Processing — The operator sends the cash to your Packstation. You receive a DHL tracking number (e.g. by email). You can Track Package from the exchange details. When the parcel is ready at the Packstation, you get a pickup code (e.g. via email) — use it at the Packstation to open the locker.
  • Confirm receipt — After you’ve picked up the cash, open the same exchange in the app and tap Confirm Receipt. The trade is then Completed.

If the app shows that your transaction is under manual review, wait; support may contact you if needed.

5. Cash → Crypto (EUR → USDT)​

5.1 Create the exchange​

  1. On the Dashboard, tap Cash → Crypto (or Bargeld zu Krypto).
  2. Enter the EUR amount (min/max are shown, e.g. 50–1000 EUR).
  3. Select the chain for receiving USDT: Solana, TRC20, BEP20, or ERC20.
  4. Enter your USDT wallet address for that chain. Double-check the address and network.
  5. Review Current rate, Service fee, You receive (USDT). Tap Confirm Exchange. You’re taken to the Exchange details page.

5.2 After confirmation: send cash and submit tracking​

  • Pending — Wait for the operator to confirm. You’ll get an email.
  • Confirmed → Awaiting cash — The app shows “Send the cash to” with a Packstation address: Name, Postnummer, Packstation number, PLZ, City. Copy the address and send the exact EUR amount as an insured DHL package to this address.
  • Submit tracking — After you’ve sent the package, enter the tracking number in the app and tap Submit. You can use Track Package to follow the shipment.
  • When the cash is received, the operator sends USDT to your wallet. You get a confirmation (e.g. email with transaction link). Status becomes Completed.

6. Your Trades (exchanges list)​

  1. On the Dashboard, open Your Trades (or Deine Trades).
  2. You see all your exchanges with type (Crypto→Cash or Cash→Crypto), status, amount, you receive, and created date. Tap a row to open Exchange details.
  3. Use the refresh button to update the list. From the details page you can submit transaction link, Packstation, tracking, or confirm receipt depending on status.

7. Fees and verification code​

  • Your fee and tier are shown on the Dashboard (Your fees & tier). They depend on your total trading volume (all completed trades). The more you trade, the lower your fee tier.
  • Verification code (from verify.anoncult.com): optional. If you don’t have one yet, the Dashboard shows a box “Verify Account” — open the link, get a code, enter it in the app and tap Verify. Once verified, you get the reduced “With code” fee tier. The in-app How to section shows the fee table (with vs without code) and delivery costs.

8. Important notes​

  • Crypto→Cash: Only USDT on Solana is accepted. Wrong network can mean lost funds. Use AnoBridge to get USDT on Solana if needed.
  • Cash→Crypto: Use the correct chain (SOL/TRC20/BEP20/ERC20) and a valid USDT address for that chain.
  • Support: For problems or questions: AnoSupport_bot. Read the in-app Terms before using the service.
