AnoDelivery — Step-by-step user guide
This guide walks you through getting access, receiving a package, tracking it, and picking it up at a DHL Packstation.
1. Open AnoDelivery
- Web: delivery.anoncult.com
- Telegram: t.me/anodeliver_bot — open the bot and launch the miniapp; if you register from Telegram, your account is linked automatically.
2. Create an account and verify email
- On the start screen, choose Register.
- Enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters). Confirm the password.
- If you opened the app from Telegram, your Telegram account will be linked to this email after registration.
- Click Create Account. You’ll see a message asking you to verify your email.
- Open your email and click the verification link. If you don’t see it, check spam.
- After clicking the link, you’re verified and will be redirected in the app.
3. Enter your verification code (one-time, lifetime access)
- After email verification, you’ll see the "Verification required" screen. You need a verification code to unlock AnoDelivery (one-time; same code can be used for other AnoCult services).
- Get a code: Open verify.anoncult.com and purchase a verification code (follow the instructions there).
- Back in AnoDelivery, enter the code in the Verification code field (e.g. format like
A1B2C3D4). - Click Verify access. When it succeeds, you’re taken to the Dashboard.
If you don’t have a code yet, use the "Get Verification Code" button on that screen to open the verification page.
4. Dashboard overview
From the Dashboard you can:
- Receive a package — Start a new anonymous delivery (pay with crypto, get Postident + Packstation address).
- Deliveries — See all your orders, add tracking numbers, and request pickup codes when a parcel is ready.
- Link Telegram — Optionally link Telegram to get package updates in the bot (email is always sent too).
- Support — Opens AnoSupport_bot.
- Terms — Terms of Service.
- How to — In-app guide (similar to this tutorial).
5. Receive a package (get your delivery address)
5.1 Start and choose currency
- On the Dashboard, tap Receive a package (or Paket empfangen).
- You’ll see the price (fixed per delivery) and a list of cryptocurrencies (e.g. USDT, SOL; multiple networks).
- Use the search field if needed, then select one currency/network (e.g. USDT on Solana). Only the selected one stays visible.
- Tap Continue. An order is created and you go to the payment step.
5.2 Pay with crypto
- The app shows amount, network, payment address, and optionally a memo/tag.
- Send exactly the amount shown, on the correct network, to the address given. If a memo/tag is shown, include it.
- Use the Copy buttons to copy amount, address, and memo so you don’t make a mistake.
- Keep the app open (or the tab) until the status changes. The app checks the payment in the background. Status goes: Waiting for payment → Confirming → Processing → then Payment confirmed.
- If status becomes Failed or Expired, you can tap Try again and start a new order from the currency selection step.
5.3 Your Postident and Packstation
- After Payment confirmed, you’ll see Your Postident (anonymous name and Postnummer).
- Below that, enter your Packstation details:
- Packstation number (e.g. 123)
- PLZ (postal code, e.g. 10115)
- City (e.g. Berlin)
- Tap Submit (or Fertig). You’ll see the Delivery address screen.
5.4 Use your delivery address
- The Delivery address is shown as: Name, Postnummer, Packstation number, PLZ and Ort. This is the address you use when ordering online or when someone sends you a parcel.
- Tap Copy address and use it exactly as the shipping address (e.g. in an online shop). The parcel will be sent to that Packstation.
- Important: You need a tracking number (Sendungsnummer) to track the parcel and later request a pickup code. Most shops give it automatically. If you send the parcel yourself, use DHL Paket (with tracking), not Päckchen (no tracking).
- Tap Back to Dashboard when done.
6. Deliveries — Tracking and pickup code
- On the Dashboard, open Deliveries (📦 Lieferungen).
- You’ll see two tabs: In delivery (Unterwegs) and Completed (Abgeholt).
- Each order shows: date, status (In transit / Ready / Taken), address (name, Postnummer, Packstation, PLZ, Ort), and Tracking number.
6.1 Add or edit tracking number
- If Tracking number is "Not added", tap Add; if it’s already there, tap Edit.
- Enter the Sendungsnummer (from the shop or DHL) and tap Save.
- This lets the app show when your parcel is Ready at the Packstation so you can request an Abholcode.
6.2 Request pickup code (Abholcode) when status is "Ready"
- When the status of an order is Ready (Bereit), a Request pickup code (Abholcode beantragen) button appears.
- Tap it. A popup explains:
- Pickup codes can only be requested between 8:00 and 21:00 German time.
- The code is valid for a few minutes. Enter it at the Packstation to open the locker.
- If you don’t make it in time, you can request a new code (max. 5 requests per parcel; then contact support).
- After requesting, the app may show "Abholcode in kürze..." and a short wait (or countdown). When the code is ready, it’s displayed with a countdown. Go to the Packstation and enter the code there within the validity time.
- If the code expires, tap Request again (Erneut beantragen) to get a new one (until you hit the limit).
7. (Optional) Link Telegram
- On the Dashboard, open Link Telegram (or Settings).
- Open the linking bot (link shown in the app) and send /start.
- In the bot, tap "Meine ID anzeigen" (or "Show my ID") and copy your Telegram ID.
- Back in AnoDelivery, paste the ID and tap Request code.
- The bot sends you a 6-digit code. Enter it in the app and tap Verify & Link. You’ll get package updates in Telegram; email notifications continue as well.
8. Support and terms
- Support: AnoSupport_bot — for questions, problems, or if you’ve used all pickup code requests.
- Terms: Read the in-app Terms of Service (AGB/TOS) before using the service. Use is at your own risk; no refunds or replacements as stated there.
